Happy Halloween!

The firemen went out trick or treating! Alex is trying to put on a happy face. He didn't want to wear his costume again this year:-(

October Fun!

Saturday morning I ran the Monster Dash 10 Mile! It was a little chilly but I got thru it. The boys got a ride on the tractor today after they cleaned up the yard. I made some delicious white chicken chili today! Yummy! We got a Wii last week and the boys were racing together on a bike. Today we had our Fall photos. We got there a little early and saw this BIG 5. The boys wanted to climb on it for some pictures. The boys spotted A Little Free Library and were intrigued! They didn't find anything that appealed to them inside. The boys ended the day watching a little TV nicely together on the couch.

First Date Anniversary

Last night Eric and I celebrated our first date anniversary. 9 years ago we met at Redstone in Eden Prairie for our first date. The time has really gone by fast!

How old are you Evan?

The Saturday before Evan's Birthday we had friends and family over to celebrate.  Our friend Nick took pictures and I got them back from him this week.

We got the cake from CostCo.  Evan didn't want cupcakes this year.  The cake was chocolate with mousse inside.  Delicious!

Eric took the boys to get the sandwiches at Jimmy John's and they are looking for Rock Stars!  These boys are freaky fast!

Chuck E Cheeses

Tonight we went on our annual trip to Chuck E Cheeses for Evan's Birthday! We walked by the Wheel A Fortune game and tickets were pouring out of it! We ended up with almost 900 tickets from our game play! Evan picked a huge pen and Alex picked a slinky and rocket launcher!

Having fun

Evan got a gift card to Toys R Us for his birthday and it was burning a hole in his pocket so Eric took him there on Sunday. He picked out this Super Emergency Playset with 50 pieces! Oh what fun! He had some money left on the card so he shared and Alex got a tower crane with lots of screws and bolts(right up his alley). We got him some play money. Alex got him a disco ball from Home Depot. Eric hasn't shaved for a few days and Alex tells him it's time to get the bugs off his face! He calls the whiskers bugs:-). Today school is out for MEA and Evan got to go on a field trip and get his face painted like Spider-Man!

Big Kid turns 6!

Happy Birthday to Evan! Tonight at Culver's was Family Night so the boys got arm paints and balloons.Evan got fireworks and a sword and Alex got a belt and sword. Miss Diane created some wonderful art on their arms!
