More Summer fun!

My Brother Greg used to ride this wheeler around and now Alex gives it a try! Someone was throwing away this green big wheel. It just needed a seat repair! Great Uncle Tom stopped by to give some tractor rides! They did a glass block project showing a picture of last years flood with Evan and Alex's names and a couple quarters. The boys had fun on a boat ride. Alex was sitting in Grandmas lap and Rex had to get in her lap right after because he was jealous!

Ranger Tower

We climbed to the top of the ranger again and saw a nice view on a beautiful day! The kids played at the park and Evan did the monkey bars down and back a couple times.

The Monkey is getting stronger!

Yes that is Evan going all the way across the monkey bars and he turns back around go go the other way!  He was so proud!  This was about 9:45 pm on Friday night after we got back from the Carver County Fair.  He was so tired I couldn't believe he went down and back!

Carver County Fair

Friday night Bob and I took the boys to the Carver County Fair.   The boys had a blast!  They went on a bus ride with papa!

They added a couple stuffed animals to their collection!

We took a ride on the Ferris Wheel!

We took them to a tractor pull.  They had Tractors and monster trucks towing the trailer. 

Watching intently as the noisy tractors try to see who can get the farthest!  Ear protection is a must as they are very loud.

Evan saw this hamster wheel type ball that they inflate with you in it and then you try to run around on water.  They fully inflate it and then seal it up like a ziploc bag. 

After awhile he was able to stand up and jump against the sides.  He really had fun in the ball!

Manic Monday at Lord Fletcher's

Our future "Dock Boys"! Hard to believe it is August already. Hopefully two more months of good boating left!

Visitors

Last weekend we had a visit from Eric's aunt Steph and cousin Meg from Chicago. Ginger their black lab came too, but we didn't get her in the picture. It was nice the sun came out for us to take them for a boat ride.
