FBeads, MOA, and Hockey

> Last weekend the kids had fun playing with some beads Evan got for his birthday. You melt the beads together with an iron. Evan got an Olaf face paint at Culver's family night. A throwback photo of me and my brother with our dog Tina when I was about 5! Do you see Evan in my brother? The kids have a carnival this week and I was in charge of putting together the tailgating baskets for Evan's classroom. I was up late every night last week working on them. Hope they bring in a lot of money. Saturday we spent the day at Mall of America riding rides! The kids tried some new bigger rides and loved them. We had a great time! Today the boys cleaned off the ice and did some skating and playing hockey.

January fun

Saturday we went to our friend Athena's 5th birthday party at Skyrock farm in Hamel. She is in love with horses, so the boys got to ride a horse! I met a new BFF(the white horse) who didn't want me to stop petting her. She kept sticking hey head under the gate when I'd try to walk away. The owner of the farm also had a carousel and lots of carnival type collections(including a creepy clown)! After the party we dropped off the kids at grandma and grandmas and we went to Maynards for happy hour and then we walked to Al and Alma's for the power squadron Christmas party. Legos and snow

Alex has been busy building Legos and today we we're excited to head out into the snow to sled and make snow angels oh and Alex lost his second tooth last night. You can see from the pic that the new ones really pushed it out! It came out while I was brushing his teeth!

Saturday after Christmas we went to Barb and Spence's to celebrate Christmas.  We were able to get a kids on the couch picture.  Ada was home sick on Thanksgiving, so I didn't post a picture.

Alex got a new George from Barb and Spence! 

Evan got some more great gifts.  The Pokemon book explains all about the different characters.  We were reading it before bed tonight and I learned more than I ever thought I would about Pokemon!
