What's new?

Last week they had animal week at preschool.  Evan got his face painted like a tiger!  He makes a pretty cute tiger!
A month ago a morning dove built a home  in our planter on our deck.  Last week the two babies hatched.  They are growing fast and hopefully will be out of the nest soon.  They get a little upset when we want to eat out on the deck.

My parents gave the boys an old digger/excavator that used to be in a park for their sandbox.  Last weekend they got it installed!

Dig a big hole!

Add some concrete and water to the hole!

Eric got a nice wagon for hauling stuff out to the boat.  Doubles as a wagon for the kids to be pulled around the yard.

YIPPEE!  It's done!

I love our new sandbox!

We are getting shore power installed on our dock.  Friday the electrician came and dug a big ditch to bury the power cable.

Saturday was another rainy cold day, so it was a good thing the kids had soccer pictures.  They moved the pictures inside the high school gym.  The whole process was pretty disorganized and it took forever!  I was happy when those pictures were over!  We ended up being the last team out of 10 and it took an hour and 40 minutes before we were done!  UGH!  I took this picture with my camera.  We were missing 2 kids.  Lets hope for nice sunny warm weather next Saturday:-)

Alex is getting really good at riding his trike! His feet are spending less time on the ground!  Maybe he'll be ready for the bike soon!

I've been working out a lot lately and Alex always wants to try out the elliptical!  His legs just aren't long enough, but that doesn't stop him from trying!

Last week I had to go to Denver for a few days for work.  I left out some new pajamas out for the boys.  Eric texted me pictures of the boys in their pajamas before bed.

I left them each a note to tell them how much I love them and miss them.  Alex is holding his note. Kind of looks like a mug shot:-)

They had crazy hair day at preschool last week!  They just got haircuts, so there isn't much hair to make crazy!

Eric helped put in the docks at the island yesterday morning.  It was very rainy and cold and he was chilled when he got home.  Evan and Eric headed out to the island for the night.  Alex and I stayed home where we were warm and dry.  Evan helped Eric put up the swings.
