Busy Busy Weekend!

Today our Baby turned 4!  The time has flown by so fast since he was born.  He is such a sweet boy and we love him dearly!  We had his birthday party yesterday, so today he was excited to find a couple more presents from Mommy and Daddy and Evan.

He was pretty excited about the Lego Garage.  I'll post a video that shows how happy he was!
This Cranky the Crane that goes with his Thomas Trackmaster trains was one of his favorite gifts.  He loves to lift the train cars and even found a couple other toys he could lift.  The crane has a remote and will lift and swing objects around.

I made him a special star shaped cake which he really dug into!  Sometimes he just eats the frosting, but he pretty much demolished it!

Before the party started he had out his tools and was hauling a firetruck in this dump truck.  Love the goggles Alex!

He often lays down while playing.  He doesn't really nap on weekends anymore and sometimes I wonder if I'll find him asleep like this some day!

This morning I made him pancakes and Eric added a smiley with syrup by his request.

This afternoon we went to Disney on Ice and then headed to Chuck E Cheese's to celebrate our annual tradition.  I really need to remind myself not to go there on a weekend.  We got there about 4:00 and it was absolutely insane!  The kids did great considering how crowded it was there.

We try to get a traditional picture in this pick-up!

Alex was pretty good at this boat game you can steer through an river area racing other boats.

They have a new machine that takes your picture and will print it out for you on a cute little ID card.  You push a button for Boy or Girl and get one of four different types of cards.  Evan was a Stunt Master "Specialty License" CEC Extreme Member!  Alex a Hollywood Movie Set All Access Pass.

He got some new Hot Wheels Monster Jam trucks and a stunt course you can destroy with the trucks.

We had a beach party theme for Alex's party so Evan is modeling the lai's!

We went to see Disney on Ice today.  This was the first thing like this we've ever gone to and the boys really enjoyed it.  They had the characters from Cars, The Little Mermaid, Tinker Bell and Toy Story.

Last week when I was putting Alex to bed he wanted to cover up his George with him and I told him to do reindeer antlers so that is why he has his fingers up on his head:-)
Evan has been working on doing quality work when coloring.  He wanted me to take his picture of him with his work and send it to his teacher and I did.  She is very proud of how he has improved from the 10 seconds he used to spend coloring!
