Outside below zero

Monday and Tuesday school was closed because of frigid temperatures. Monday the kids went to Grandma Gays so I could work and Tuesday I took the day off with them. In the morning we boiled some water in measuring cup and I threw it outside creating a cloud of vapor. We did this three times although they would have done it 20 times:-) We made some delicious banana cake and Evan did some homework on the computer and we headed outside for about an hour. It was me that was ready to come inside. They were dressed for the weather, so they were fine. Family night at Culver's so we went to get a painting and some balloons. They got belts with a holster for the three swords and it was pretty slow so Mr Jerry made Alex a giraffe too. Evan got a Santa painted and Alex got a snowman. We are done with winter and ready for 80 degrees! Wishful thinking:-)
