February is almost over!

Alex's 100th day of Kindergarten was last week.  He needed to bring a gallon ziploc with 100 items and he choose dominos.  He had fun putting them in stacks of 10 to count them!
Nothing like a box to bring out the construction tools!
Alex was watching for Evan and Eric to come back from ice fishing!
Alex is an early riser and comes up to the bathroom and curls up in a ball while I get ready in the morning.
I cleaned up Evan's room so you can see the floor again.  See the rocking chair with stuffed animals?  That rocking chair was in my room when I was a kid and I put stuffed animals in it just like that.
Alex knows how to turn on the TV and put on a show when he gets up in the morning, so we put out some snacks, so we can sleep in a little in the morning.  We just have to make sure the volume on the TV is turned down.
Where is Alex?  He has so many animals in his bed it's hard to fit himself in it!
Oreo glasses!  Silly kid!
My sweet valentine card from Evan...Money taped to the card like my parents do in Birthday cards.  I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOM ORE THE BAST IN THE WRLD MOM.  XOXOXOXXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO 45 hges and KISS'S to: Mom Love: EVAN
Lucky Charms for breakfast!
Culver's Family night ..Evan got Sven from Frozen on his arm!
Alex got a snowflake!
Alex had a migraine headache the other night and he was in the bathroom hanging his head over the bucket and I offered to get him a pillow and he laid down and fell asleep in about 30 seconds.  The floor in this bathroom is heated, so it's really warm!  The blanket his covered up with was made by my Grandma for my brother when he was Alex's age.  Thankfully Alex never needed the bucket and I brought him to his bed about 30 minutes later and he never remembered falling asleep on the bathroom floor when I showed him the picture later.  He just looked so sweet!
Wednesday I got to go  on a field trip to The Works with Evan and they had this K'NEX display was there that is huge!   It has 35 balls that are moved about by different lifts and ramps.  Evan spent a long time watching with his friends!
The display covers multiple displays.  It was built by a college student and took more than a month to complete.
We have another reader in the house!  Alex has started reading and loved Elephant and Piggie books by Mo Willems!  He also writes Pigeon books and they are very fun to read!
We had Family game night on Friday night.  Alex won the first game and I won the second game.  They kept sending me to start, so I'm not sure how I won!
This kid learned how to whistle and snap this week!  He is so proud!
We are growing some sunflowers inside in hopes we have spring soon and can plant them outside!
Alex loves to paint!
Alex's birthday is coming up soon and he said we should buy this for him and wrap it up for his birthday as a surprise!
We had lunch at Maynard's and the boys were playing MINECRAFT....which they are obsessed about!
An old co-worker of mine offered to give us this yellow hat from Curious George since Alex has a LOVE for Curious.
SURPRISE!
