Eric carried Evan up the hill and they went down the hill. Evan didn't really like sledding very much!
They did one more attempt, but he still really didn't like it.
We let him try out the slide and that was a little more his style!
He had fun going down the slide. The slide is pretty short, so I couldn't get a good picture of him coming down the slide. This is the 2nd time we've brought him to the play land and he has finally figured out that he needs to go climb up the stairs after he goes down the slide. He was always trying to climb up the slide right after going down.
You can't see through the windshield on this car, so you have to stand up on the seat. We really have to watch Evan when we are at the play land, because there are some pretty big kids that are a few inches above what they should be to enter the play land. I think they need to have the play land police come through once an hour and kick out the kids that are 9+ and running up the slides almost stepping on our baby. If you can run up the slide you are too big to be in the play land(get out)!
Grandma Gay got Evan another Elmo balloon. Everyday we have to get it down for him so he can walk around with it.

Evan always wants us to pick him up so he can look out the window. We have lots of beautiful Cardinals in the bushes next to the house that visit our bird feeder.
Last weekend we visited Great Grandma and Evan was fascinated by this grabber tool used to pick stuff up off the ground. He couldn't pull the handle to grab anything, but he had fun walking around with it. I told her I need one of these to pick up all his toys, because it is difficult with my pregnant belly to bend over all the time:-)

Evan shows off his Valentine Card! Thanks for the card Tom and Joyce:-) He carried it all around the house. 
A rare glimpse at Evan sitting and playing with his Lego's. He is a very busy boy, so this doesn't usually last for more than a minute or two.

Evan has a new trick where he walks between by legs like he is going under a bridge. He is just the right height!
Tonight when I was trying to make dinner Evan was being what I call a "Cling-on". I distracted him with this mixing bowl and spoon. It kept him busy for awhile!! Eric found him a quieter spoon when he got home:-)
This is what Mom calls the bunny room. There are so many breakables and Evan was very good to just look at them. She let him touch the stuffed ones!
Mom also has a collection of Swedish Dala horses. Evan saw them and wanted to sit on them. You had to be right by him because they are just painted and don't have a raised seat, so he would just slide right off the back.
This was my rocking horse when I was Little. He just got some new handles(the original ones broke off). Evan had fun riding my old horse too!
Evan got to sit in the police pedal car again this year. I posted the picture from last January below. Last year Eric had to hold him up from tipping over. Evan had no problem sitting up in the car but he found that it went backwards easier than forward, because he can't yet reach the pedals.
This was Evan last January in the same car. You can see Eric's arm holding him up. He has changed so much in the past year. He has become a little boy!
Evan is throwing Rex's elephant we've named Eleanor. If you ask Rex to go get Eleanor he will go get the elephant:-)
Evan gets in some throwing practice. The funny thing is now he thinks he should throw toys for Eddie too! Eddie was once a retriever, but he is a couch/lap cat now!
