Happy 4th of July!

Friday night we went to visit some friends that we met at the island. Nick is about 6 months older than Evan and he has a John Deere Gator. Both Alex and Evan had a blast riding it around the yard. Gay...this does not mean we need one of these:-) Evan has a crown on his head from their 4th of July parade at daycare on Friday.

Alex passed out on the way out to the island on Saturday! So sweet! Barb that is your quilt he is sleeping on!

4th of July morning we woke up to rain and it looked like it was going to be a washout. Evan set up his T-Ball set inside the boat! Probably not such a good idea:-)

Evan makes a new friend who tries to teach him about making sandcastles. Evan only knocked it down a couple times. OOPS!

Evan woke up from his nap on Saturday and I asked him if he wanted to go swimming or go play and he said go play, because it is too cold(it was like 85 degrees)!

Last week I DVR'd Wipeout for Evan. He loves it and wants to watch it every morning and evening when he is having his milk. He likes when they pull the person thru the air on a tube. It is nice to watch something on TV that you can watch with your kids and laugh:-) In this pic the boys are watching wipeout! They got haircuts last week...woohoo!

Sunday morning the boys got a chance to go swimming. Alex had a ball just sitting in the water and splashing away. He loves the water.
